Sorry for the long weekend. Let's get it.

10 minute EMOM
Odd - 5 Bench Press (heavy)
Even - 10 Plyo Pushups

Rest 5 minutes
100 Burpees for time

Give yourself a 7 Minute time cap. If you're not done by that time stop and record your WOD as an AMRAP  (Open WOD 13.1). Use 6 inch target.
