400lb Deadlift

Since injuring my back nearly 4 years ago, it has been a struggle for me to put heavier weight on the bar for a deadlift.  Sometimes I was too eager for my own good, not allowing myself time to heal; other times I just wasn't strong enough yet.  Hitting this 400lb deadlift let me know that there was still a lot of room for improvement, but I am on my way back to lifting heavier weights.  I'm hoping to PR this lift by this summer.  My best was 450....time to put some work in.
