Every Minute On the Minute for 8 minutes
3 Push Press (70% 1RM)

7 Minute AMRAP
10 Toes to Bar
20 Double unders

Hit up the EMOM strength portion then go hard for 7 minutes. Rest about 5 minutes in between WODs.
