3 rounds for time

30 yard burpee broad jumps
25 air squats
30 yard walking lunges
25 v-ups
20 yard bear crawl
25 push-ups
Run 200 meters
5 strict pull-ups
10 bar dips

I did this workout on a football field with my unit. We actually did it AMRAP style for 30 minutes, but 3 rounds of all out effort will be plenty. Enjoy.
