Labor Day Weekend


This weekend was all about baseline scores that will be logged in my BeyondTheWhiteBoard.com accoun.  If you dont have an account, I really recommend it. Tracking your workouts is so important. It is the best way to validate your personal progress.

Pre WOD
Max Pushup Test (no rest...pure muscle failure)

Main WOD
1RM Overhead Squat Test

Post WOD
Shoulder mobility work and some general stretching.
