Army Physical Fitness Test

Conduct the Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT)

Max Push-ups in 2 min
Max Sit-ups in 2 min
2 mile run

This is a great test that you can do on your own, although having someone with you will help ensure you are using proper form. Allow about 10 minutes between events, and you can Google several different APFT calculators to see where you stack up.
