Sometimes the hardest day of the week can actually be a Rest Day. It seems so simple...rest. That's it. However, if you're like me, it is totally necessary to let the body heal and recover. I maybe went a little too far, and took two days off. Not a big deal, but now it's time to get back at it. Today we'll follow the CrossFit Main Sit WOD.
